EnCore Composite Structures is located in a 110,000 sq. ft. facility in Brea, CA.  The company has become a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered components that utilize composite and other lightweight materials for commercial and military applications. Composite Structures joined The EnCore Group in 2011 when it was acquired. 

This facility offers a wide range of composite solutions including hand lay-up, filament winding, and compression molding.  Whether EnCore is designing products to system level requirements and source control specification, or manufacturing directly from customer defined engineering, our engineering team approaches every job with a DFMA (design for manufacture and assembly) and DTC (design to cost) mentality to ensure that the end product is manufactured in the most economical and efficient manner.  The Composite Structures Engineering Team consists of highly skilled mechanical, aerospace, chemical and polymer science, and industrial engineers, who have extensive experience with the design and processing of complex composite structures.
