EnCore floor panels are manufactured from a variety of raw materials that include aluminum, Nomex, and Kevlar cores with both fiberglass and carbon skins. The parts are also highly configurable and are designed in a variety of geometries to accommodate the numerous interfaces of adjacent structural assemblies and other aircraft features.
